Jill Checks Back into the Game
Well, I keep having high ambition that I will post every Monday. I like this blog, and I like seeing these entries. So, despite my life being a bit hard to pin down with exciting detail and the utter lack of pictures right now, I will post. Yes, I will post.
So, I live in Atlanta now. It was a wild journey. The interns and I packed up the national Break Away office after a full day of work and left for Atlanta at 12:30 a.m. That's the 12:30 that is right after midnight, not after noon. That made for an ouch of an arrival at 5:30 am to Atlanta. We slept that journey off, only to unpack a lot of heavy files and boxes in the sweet, humid South. No complaints really though, because it allowed for me to come back to a fairly well settled office and life, rather than having to do move the office and myself after a pretty hectic summer.
I haven't seen much of the outside still. It has rained incredibly hard here a couple of times, which I don't understand being from the West and all. We have some quick hard rains in the Mother Droughtland. Here, they have long days of are-you-a-hurricane torrents. Lots of loud thunder too. The kind you'd have to say "hush child, hush" if you were holding a scared youngin' to the bosom.
Oh boy, it's after those kind of lines get typed out that I know it might be a little too late in the evening for this experimentation. Perhaps I'll write a bit more over this long weekend, which I am greatly anticipating.
Amor!

We too have experience the child hushing thunder. AMAZING!! I am sad to say though that it was I how needed the comfort rather than the sleeping children when it hit. Loved the entry though, late at night seems good to me. Also breaking news.. we will be heading to the BYU game this weekend in Tuscon. Life is good, look for us on tv, because we and our 3 children will be making quite the ruckus.
Guymons! You sweet fans! Just found that the Arizona game is broadcast on TBS, so I will be camped out in front of my TV at 10:15, wearing my brand new BYU shirt. I also noticed that the Utah game is right around Thanksgiving this year. I'm just saying....
